Travel in a Recession

There is an old joke among economists that states:
A recession is when your neighbor loses his job.
A depression is when you lose your job.

But here you as well as your neighbor will be happy even during recession period.Because the financial crisis has made some typically pricey destinations suddenly affordable. For Americans, that means many foreign destinations have effectively become 25%, 30% even 50% cheaper than they were just a few months ago.

1.ICELAND
Drop in currency value is about 51%.Move fast — tourist agencies are reporting a huge spike in visitors to Iceland.

2. CANADA
Drop in currency value is about 21%.America's neighbor to the north is a great place to spend strengthening greenbacks. Bonus: Global warming will make those biting Canadian winters just a little bit more endurable.

3.AUSTRALIA
Drop in currency value is 28%.White sand beaches stretching to infinity provide some of the best snorkeling, surfing, diving and lounging on the planet.
Some cosmopolitan cities are home to cutting edge arts, music and cafe cultures.

4.GREAT BRITAIN
Drop in currency value is 23%.Admittedly, it's difficult to put England on any kind of budget-travel list, given that a brief, one-way trip on the 145-year-old London Underground will still run you more than $6.

5.SOUTH KOREA
Drop in currency value is 30%.Winter is a good time to go skiing or hot-spring hopping, and the Korean invention of ondol (floor heating) helps defrost any parts that froze outside.

So,now you can very well vanish your depression in recession.

Are you about to take a trip ? Well here are a few tips that might help in your preparation in getting prepared.
